BAU has won the urban design competition for the transformation of the industrial enclave in the center of Vilanova i la Geltrú. The project responds to the current context, envisioning the creation of new urban functions, enhancing the surrounding residential areas, and maximizing the city center as a bridge between the traditional Vila Nova and the new waterfront without losing the specific character of the enclave.
