The project is to set up a permanent structure for MICA based on the concept of sustainable urban design. In the new cautious structure, more uses are imagined. The new program is arranged on dense urban islands, so that the disruption to the surrounding landscape could be reduced. This provision gives sufficient flexibility to develop in the future. The new compact neighborhoods is more energy-efficient and is better griped on the public transport network.
