Transformation of a railway industrial space into a residential and mixed-use area near the Sagrera TGV Station. The urban planning project proposes an irregular layout with intermediate residential density and defines a general strategy that each architectural intervention develops. Block H-1 combines differential typological forms around a collective garden that brings together all the accesses to the complex's residences from the interior, thus creating an intensity of use in the communal space.
