Chiado
Armazéns do Chiado, also known as Palácio Barcelinhos, is a commercial building located in the bohemian neighbourhood of Lisbon.
In August 1988 a terrible fire destroyed the whole building. In 1995, the structure and exterior façade were restored, converting the building into a modern shopping centre connected to the underground station Chiado.
Currently the mall has around 50 shops and restaurants, a hotel at the top of the building as well as a rooftop bar and acts as a key piece in the active neighbourhood of Lisbon.
